Role Overview:
Do you have a passion for managing impactful training programs? As the Training Program Manager, you'll oversee the successful launch and ongoing sustainability of training sites and programs for the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). Your expertise in training management will ensure the delivery of high-quality programs that meet stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial aspects of the WAP training program, including budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and program sustainability.
  • Manage all aspects of the WAP training program, including scheduling, instructor coordination, and site operations.
  • Develop and execute plans for the successful launch of new training sites, ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers to maintain high training standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and feedback are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing training programs, preferably in the WAP or energy efficiency field.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and workforce training strategies.
