Role Overview:

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of innovative software solutions for HOMES & HEAR rebate management. If you enjoy working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and users to deliver impactful projects, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of software solutions for HOMES & HEAR rebate management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set clear objectives.

- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional software solutions.

- Oversee the development process, from design through deployment, to ensure software is user-friendly and meets quality standards.

- Communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and senior management.

- Provide training and support to users to ensure smooth adoption of new software tools.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in technical project management, particularly in software implementation.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and user experience design.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.

- Familiarity with rebate management processes, particularly HOMES & HEAR, is a plus.

- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project requirements and challenges.
