Role Overview:

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating smooth and effective processes or experiences? As a Training Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our training programs run seamlessly. You'll support the Operations Manager with various logistics, from scheduling classes and assigning instructors to coordinating venues and keeping students informed. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule training classes and events, ensuring they are accurately reflected on the calendar.

- Assign instructors to classes, communicate assignments, and handle any necessary adjustments.

- Coordinate with venues to book locations for in-person training sessions.

- Send reminder emails and updates to students, ensuring they have all necessary information.

- Assist with preparing and distributing training materials and resources.

- Support the Operations Manager with additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth training operations.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing schedules and logistics.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively coordinating with instructors, students, and venues.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in using calendar and scheduling software, as well as basic office tools.

- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.

- Previous experience in event planning or a related field is a plus.
