Key Responsibilities & Areas of Focus:

- Relationship-Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as their primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

- Outreach & Recruitment: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various outreach strategies. Recruit new clients by showcasing the value and impact of Everblue's services.

- Sales Goals: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Travel: Some travel required to meet clients (Maryland focused), attend industry events, and represent Everblue in various capacities.

- Client Success: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless software implementation and ongoing support for clients. Act as an advocate for the client within Everblue.

- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide valuable insights to help shape Everblue's strategic direction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or a related field

- Experience working in a construction, home performance, or weatherization field a plus

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients

- Proven innovative problem-solving skills and a proactive, creative approach

- Willingness to travel to Maryland as needed (usually day trips, occasionally 1 overnight)

- Passion for technology, innovation, and process improvement

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
